Anyone had any recent injuries?
I had an injury in November playing flag football and have finally got back into the groove. Anyone else coming back from and injury? What kind of injury did you have, and did you have to overcome any obstacles to get back in shape?

I strained my lower back a few weeks ago and it’s just now starting to feel better. My hamstrings and hip flexors are really tight so I need to practice my yoga or stretching to help with this. Just my body’s way of reminding me I guess.

Broken rib about a month ago. Just about back to where I was. I only missed a week in the gym. Added back all the "missing exercises" this week. I’d say I was 98% right now.
