I’m so over the people at work as i work in child care with 40 ish other women not at the same time. And maybe 90% of them have higher fat % then me, some of them think they are skinny but they are skinny fat and look not very nice. Then there are few girls that are stick thin and have no muscle at all and think they are lucky to really eat what ever they like. But their bodies DON’T look very good. Then theres the fat ones and really fatty ones. Now if they want to look like that thats their live. But I hate when I’m eat food like tuna that has a weard smell they feel they need to tell me how much is smell like s**t and other thing.Now do they have to I’m trying to eat. I wish they would kept their thoughs to them selfs. As I kept 80% of what I think to my self and if I told them what I though they would hate me so much. It drives me crazy but theres nothing I can do but try to not to listen. But the world would be a better place if there was more people like chickentuna I wouldnt have this problem. But I’ll try to be strong. Its good to get this of my chest!!!!!!

1 tbs garlic
few bay leaves
2L Chicken Stock
Lightly cook onions in olive oil
add all food together cook for an hour

i eat so much food very high in protein and very healthy i eat every 3 hours with protein in each meal drink like 4 lit of water and i still feel hungery 1hr to 2hr after eating it drive me crazy plz help me

I would love for people to give me tips that I might not know let. I eat 160gs protein aday I do 3 set 12 reps for weights I do chest/tris one day next day lats back bris then next day i do abs and leg then i have one day of rest do this all over again. Also change up once a month to kept my body guess and I supplement like crazy to help with gaining muscle.

Wow I’m so fuk from my new bike in my gym room it great smooth it makes me sweat like something crazy. Which is good as it will help me to get to my goal.

I just bought a new ex bike can’t wait to use it. But I have to wait for it as they didn’t have it in stock
I bought because it almost september and in australia and the birds start to attack people so I wont be able to walk to work for a least 4months I like to make sure that they have stop attacking people before I start to walk again. But my new bike is cool you can put in your height, weight, age, sex and pick any kind of setting to work out on. yay
