Legs and Calves (yesterday)
Yesterday was killing legs day!
Started out with Calves
seated and standing leg raises 6×6( since im doing only a few number of reps with a heavy weight i like squeezing them at the top of each rep…I also change the position of my toes to hit different areas)

Im amazed that I could increase the weight even with low carbs…Im still sore from yesterday
