Yesterday was killing legs day!
Started out with Calves
seated and standing leg raises 6×6( since im doing only a few number of reps with a heavy weight i like squeezing them at the top of each rep…I also change the position of my toes to hit different areas)
Squats
135x 10
225×6
270×6
315×6 (4 times)
460×6
Leg presses 6×6 900lbs
Leg Extensions
Deadlifts
135×10
225×10
360×4
270×6(5times)
lying leg curls
Im amazed that I could increase the weight even with low carbs…Im still sore from yesterday
now backs day

I set my alarm clock for 5am this morning but i was just soo tired from yesterday i didnt do cardio this morning went to the gym..started out with biceps 2 warm up sets then 5×5 135lbs…i like squezing the biceps at the top of each rep and if the set is too easy i like taking it to failure 2 sets of 21 ez bar curls with 70lbs
barbell shrugs with 350lbs 5×5
wheighted pull ups 5×5
barbell rows underhand grip( i like this grip better….i feel i can work more my back like this) 5×5 225
after this 30mins of fast passe walk
I bet most of u go to the gym cuz its a good stress relieve
but does any of u feel like sometimes u just get more angry at the gym?:!
that was mee today
when i moved to back i couldnt pull the weight with a good motion
and i just kept gettin angry and angry….just feels like breakin something
lol
well….ill try and do a better job next time
tomorrow is chest, shoulders, triceps 10×10

Today was legs day..it was pretty good day sence i got back on my maximum wheight
calves raises 5×5
Squats 2 warm up sets , 100lbs, 200lbs then 5×5 with 310lbs
Leg Presses 5×5 800lbs
Deadlifts 5×5 310lbs
Leg raises 3×15
that was it for today
plus cardio in the morning and cardio pos-training
legs day killss me everytime
diet still the same as yesterday 200g of carbs(mostly morning and post workout) 300 to 400g of Protein 100g of Helphy fat(moslty olive oil and nuts)

I started my day today with a light cardio(30 mins of walking) early in the morning
later in the afternoon I went to the gym
Military Press 3 warm up sets than 5×5 200lbs
Upright rows 5×5 100 lbs…I dont usually go too heavy on this exercise cuz it hurts my wrist but I make sure I do it very slow motion
Bench Press 5×5 305lbs..finnaly back on track.. i wanna get to 400lbs this year still….i do my sets with a very controlled motion something around 10 sec per rep
incline dumbell press 70lbs 5×5…this is the heaviest dumbell in my gym soo…cant make it any hevier…can only go very slow
triceps push down 5×5
after this I did more 20 mins of walking and im donne for the day
Ive been only eating 200grams of carbs today..i usually have no problem on going low on carbs but im specially hungry today idk why
tomorrow is legs day
yeeep! gotta get it right tomorrow
