I’ve seen your videos and would like to say that I think you’re body’s great in just about every way. Your chest is nice and thick while your legs and biceps look rugged and hard. The only problem with your body is your abs. how much do you work them out and with what exercises. Also do you have any tips for building up leg muscles. I would apreciate it if you answered that last question since so far nothing seems to work. Anyway i love your videos and think that no matter what some people say you should continue posting them and showing off your progress
