What a training session! Got to the gym super happy for some reason, and ready to start deadlifts! 95lbs 4 sets of 10-12…then off to leg curls, then straight to superset seated leg curls and inner thigh machine. Not done yet I walk over to get The STEP (the one from women classes)and had 3 blocks under it and started Plyo jumps and bounds(I read after legs its best to do hard exercises for cardio cause your legs are already dead! soo true). 3 sets each for 5 different bounding drills including box jumps and bouncing lunges to name a few… after that I jumped on the Treadmill with a 6.5 for 30 mins…my Ipod went off within the 1st min of the run, and I was able to hammer it out jedi style…I thought I was stuck with the "train with music only mentality"…so it was a relief to be able to run w/o music!…note to self Charge I-touch! Sometimes I wonder what people think of me at the gym…"wow she has such a great body must be lucky" then they see me train and I have a ‘cool as ice’ look on my face and I bet they say "holy s**t! Can you believe that girl??!" haha! I walked out of the gym super happy and I thought I honestly could’ve ran another hour(I didn’t, dont worry!!)! It took me alot of hard work to get here….and I really want to help women feel better about themselves, cause sometimes you’re just soo lost when it comes to finding the right formula and balance…society always tries to change or scew your views. Stay strong and TRUE to yourself, and I guarentee you will be happy!!

I went to a Miami Dolphin Party in South Beach last night(one of the guy’s b-day) and all the guys were saying how awesome my body is…yeah Im now known as the body again with my friends! ha! I weighed myself today…down to 114.6 lbs. I was shocked when I walked in the gym, the employees nearly had their jaws on the floor! They were like "you are lean" …I mean I see that my spandex isn’t expanding as much anymore against my legs, but to have people tell you you’re smaller…It just boosts you to go harder! I trained back and I love it cause you can really feel like an animal when you go heavy. I was doing 4 sets of 80lbs for 8 reps, and I can see through my peripheral vision the guys who were training eyes’ just lit up. Im not embarrassed…OK a little shy, but I know they think its hot, and Im just doing my thing anyways…I guess that’s why I secretly like the gym to be empty I did pullups, and pulldowns 3 sets 75lbs for 10 reps, then one arm rows with 30lb dumbbells(THEY FEEL SOO GOOD IN MY HANDS)for 3 sets of 12-15. I then went right over to the Gauntlet stairs and did level 5 forwards, and sideways, for 30 minutes…dead!! Dead especially cause I trained Quads yesterday and was doing Squats and 4 sets Lunges with 50 lbs for 12reps each leg…among the other exercises I did… Well Im gonna try to get my bf% done…I did the hand held machine and it said 13.5% so not too sure if that’s even accurate???!! Im going to get my much needed sleep and am gonna write more goals out for my life. Oh I forgot I have another amazing shoot on Sat so you all can see the difference of 3 weeks! …Wish you all the best success and stick with it! Ohhh dont forget to TRAIN HARD!!! xo~z

Moderation really is key to everything. I find myself listening more to my body as far as cutting back on long cardio sessions and sticking with short 30-40 min sessions only once a day…and again I dropped another pound. Its soo thrilling to see the progress and exude this healthy Ora …yes wherever I go I get asked about training or food etc. But I love it! Im eating clean because I see my own success and am more motivated, and know that there is a slight depression after eating bad food…so I choose to stay HIGH! I also want to push the bar to a new level of what I’ve seen out of myself, and see everything coming into place soon enough! I was ring girl at a boxing event on Thursday, I had a pretty cool adrenaline rush after going up in the ring infront of all of those people in a bikini, and the crowd was hooting and hollering at me…pretty wild! I helped build a playground for a kids Yesterday, I did some hard labor, and whenever you help with charities you feel soo much better about yourself afterwords Tomorrow is quads…its gona get insane! Till then kill it in the gym…give it all you got! xo~

I dropped another pound..I think its because Im doing less cardio ,and eating cleaner- paying attention to my times(every 2-3 hrs 4 hrs tops in between meals) … so Im thrilled and it gives me room to relax a bit for the show in 6 weeks…Im gonna stick to what Im doing…I love finding the perfect equation!! Oh wow! I trained so hard the passed days Im n soo much pain! I went to the spa yesterday and sat in the whirlpool to relax and help my muscles get ready for the massage mmm Anyways Im more sore than ever again!! The lactic acid must’ve really been BAAAD! Well training back tomorrow…and gona take a progess pic in the morn Train hard!! Keep sweating cause it feels good xo~z

I just added a video from my shoot to my profile. I love to read everyone’s blog…I think we can learn something from everyone. I especially love to look at what people’s cheat foods are…I have no idea why, but I’ve noticed that MY cheat foods have changed over the course of many cutting diets! I reached another low…ok 0.2 lbs less but its still a loss My brain is starting to get slower, so I uped a bit of carbs today…I kinda like that foggy feeling though! Now I remember how I used to go to clubs without drinking back then…just on a caffeine high…geez feels the same as intoxication! Well today is my off day and just to be on the sfe side Im going to hit up the eliptical for 40 mins…Im 7 weeks away as of yesterday!!! I plan on bringing back a FAME pro card! Keep killing it in the gym…and do some extra for me today! xo~z

Well yesterday was my day off , well it was supposed to be, but I did 40 mins cardio on the eliptical cause I wanted a glass of wine at dinner. I had ZD chardonnay, grilled salmon and asparagus…ate half the salmon, took the other half with me and ate it 3 hrs later….yummm…Oh and I also dropped another pound that day. Weighed myself this morning and I didnt do any damage Trained legs hard today, and finished wih another 40 mins of killer Gauntlet stairs. I have an awesome photoshoot tomorrow with my photographer Waltostarly.com so Im excited! Ill def write something about it after tomorrow…till then Kill it Tear it up, and train hard in that gym! xo~z

My diet is so clean and consistent now that Im quite pleased every morning I wake up…something’s a little tighter! Geez I just sneezed twice…Im really sick , and It has stopped me from morning cardio, but not my hardcore back workout today with 40 mins of Guantlet stairs dripping sweat Ohh yeah 8 weeks out from the contest! I know the time is gonna fly so Im just making lists of on-going goals and tasks I must do. Tomorrow I have a bikini contest finals…this is just bikini….not fitness what-so-ever, so I hope people dont think Im too muscular, I hate that most of the population likes mushy girls. I also have a shoot on TUESDAY with Waltostarly.com and that shoot is going to be off-the-chain!! If you have any ideas for the shoot lemme know love to hear new ideas! I was thinking of doing more pin-up 40’s look…what-d’ ya think??? The reason why I talk about my diet somuch is cause I can only cheat a little after my shoot…3 more days Keep training hard it never gets easy, and that why I love it! xo~z

Great workout! I superset arms today and cranked it high! I was curling 45 b-bell for 8 reps and my press downs were at a solid 70lbs for 10 reps…so my energy levels are surprisingly high from being this diet restrictive. I see more definition in my abs and gluts, got a new ab pic from laying out today And Wow first time in a long time where Im telling myself to not do cardio…Im telling you its hard to fight!! Im thinking it’ll help my cold leave by tomorrow and Ill do cardio in the morning. After the gym I got a pedicure and my nails done…and FELLAS… you have to get pedicures! They do a little massage on the feet, feels awesome…learn it to give to your women(the massage that is)!! Well thats it… diets easy(in terms of diet which aren’t), and Im on track a touch more than 8 weeks away!!! Its soo dialed! xo~z
