Super Awesome workout!
Thursday, November 13th, 2008First off I just had to re-write everything!oops!! ANYwho I went to meet my GF at the gym PUNCH fitness, to get a tank top for a promo job on Sat…the trainer asked if I wanted to join in the class. Of course I did! How can I turn down a train session?! So I did everything he had asked to the best form that I could. I learned a couple really cool exercises like holding the bodybar in front of you while sitting down and "paddling" as if you were in a kyak!! awesome for your shoulders! at the end my GF handed me the tank top and gave me instructions on what to do. I told her I need to workout Back and do some cardio…the owner overheard me and asked if I wanted to train….Of course I did!! How can I turn down a training session??! So the Back workout was similar to mine, but some new twists to some of the moves. I mentioned that Im going to be hosting my own fitness show on TV and he would be one of my guest stars training with me…he smiled. I was done with back and asked if I can do cardio, he said ok , Put me on the eliptical and said 10 minutes, so I did 20, and I walked upto him when done and told him I did 20 minutes instead of 10, he said " I knew you would" I questioned how he would know and he said "you’re just that type of person". HMMM Keep training harder than before!! Keep it real
