C’est What???
I trained Hams hard at the gym today doing straight leg dead lifts, lying leg curls seated leg curls and super setting abductors, then I went to the Gauntlet(rotating stairs) for 35 mins (level 5 ) forwards and both sides. I got offered a video shoot about my life in fitness shot in New York next week and I will be a little more than 1 week out from my comp (31st) so I get some good last min dial in’s from my friend Rob Riches… Right now, as in tonight , Im focused on my 12 page shoot for MuscleMag. Kinda sad cause Im holding some water…but its a little more glamor and not soo much lean stage look so Im fine…I never have to stress about shoots…here’s where being a girl comes in handy
Gonna Spray Tan and Im good to go. I have come so far and am thankful for everything, and I can’t wait to one day show my (future)children the same love an ethics and morals. Till then train Hard
