Real early morning!
I woke up at 3:30 am and cant go back to sleep! Im soo lean and I get really hot at night. Its weird to be a woman and have little bodyfat…you kinda miss the fat! Well I appreciate my body and the limits it can take me…I def wana get some exta-curves back after the show
I got in the car at 5 am and went to the tanning salon(it’s open 24/7!) and then to cardio on the elliptical for 40 mins. I immediately had a shake and 1/4 c of Kashi 7 grains(its amazing) after. Im on day no 2 of carbing up and am adding 20g of carbs for my first 3 meals. Nice to give my body a rest from the weights and fill tthem with carbs! Its around 7 am by the time I got home…Its so neat to see the world in the gym in the AM…I normally go train in the afternoon…I just admire the early morning dedication! Cangrats to you all! Trust me you are not the only one. I wake up at 3 am alot and I am soak and wet. I think that the cardio that I am doing daily had sped up my metabolism so much that when I sleep I am sweating away some pounds. I will be posting some new pics in a few days so you can see the transformation my body is going through now. I have really noticeable changes…thanks for the advice, it’s been helping! I am on a mission!!

Morning at the gym is great . . I swtiched to 5am workouts in January and really like them. The gym isn’t nearly as crowded, it gets the workout done first thing and don’t have to worry about something else coming up, plus I really think it gives me better energy through the day. It can be hard to get up sometimes . . . but you’re right, it’s a much different perspective. You have a phenomenal physique, by the way . . . really great pictures. Keep it up and best of luck on your goals!

Oh I am with you on that, lately I cannot sleep, my body is sore and its hot during the night. I am an early riser so I enjoy being at the gym’s door at 6am, all my friends think that I am insane, but I love it. When I train in the afternoon its just not the same.

I had the same experience being hot at night - I had to sleep with the airconditioning. I found a protein shake with fruit before bed helped. I read about some natural supplements to help sleep that bodybuilders use - I might try that next time. Belinda

I never like to use sleep aids… they always make you wake up in a cloud…not fun!! I think turning the AC up is the only cure…Goes to show you that furnace we’re building

I don’t understand the carb thing. I hear carb and I think Atkins’ Diet. Can you explain please? Hell, can anyone explain?
