Still Dropping

Weighed myself this morning… 114 even…awesome! My hamstrings are coming out and that when Im really happy… you see as a woman that is the last place to go!! My cuts are awesome and all day long strong. Its really motivating cause it really does feel like your in this alone sometimes…but must stay strong! Normal diet things are going through my head like forgetting things, and dropping things(I think I dropped my cell like 10 times a day!!) … Thank god for my I-pod and Limp Bizkit… killed my arms and was kinds freaking myself out from all the veins just popping out all over and my strength is waayyy up!! Having protein immediately after training makes soo much the difference…If you are not bringing a shake to the gym or getting one there…you are missing that window of opprotunity!! *Injesting protein within the first 5 min after training is ideal…upto 30 minutes…then it diminished significantly. Well found out the show Im doing is in a week passed the date I thought…so Im a little over 5 weeks out now…so I didnt do cardio today…Some reason I think Im losing more fat for tomorrow :) Thank you God, thank you Parents, thank you body :) I love life!  Be thankful for the little things in your life ;)    Be Strong and hit your goals!!  I didnt create rain but Ill bring an umbrella - ella - A -A   …. haha  xo~z

    Wow, I’m reading through and getting more and motivated. I’m also understanding why my body is acting the way it is now. My diet is so clean now. damn near squeaky. And it feels weird. I think I eat starch maybe once or twice a week. I want to lose bodyfat but not as much as you. And I added protein shakes to my post-workout. Only problem is I live 20 minutes from the gym and the only place I can keep it is at home. So now I have to figure out a way to one as soon as I’m done training. Oh, and good looking on the heavy squats. I’m noticing a reduced size in my glutes which is highly undesired. So I gotta keep those muscles big. Thanx for the motivation girl
