Balance
Moderation really is key to everything. I find myself listening more to my body as far as cutting back on long cardio sessions and sticking with short 30-40 min sessions only once a day…and again I dropped another pound. Its soo thrilling to see the progress and exude this healthy Ora …yes wherever I go I get asked about training or food etc. But I love it!
Im eating clean because I see my own success and am more motivated, and know that there is a slight depression after eating bad food…so I choose to stay HIGH! I also want to push the bar to a new level of what I’ve seen out of myself, and see everything coming into place soon enough! I was ring girl at a boxing event on Thursday, I had a pretty cool adrenaline rush after going up in the ring infront of all of those people in a bikini, and the crowd was hooting and hollering at me…pretty wild! I helped build a playground for a kids Yesterday, I did some hard labor, and whenever you help with charities you feel soo much better about yourself afterwords
Tomorrow is quads…its gona get insane! Till then kill it in the gym…give it all you got! xo~
