Balance

Moderation really is key to everything. I find myself listening more to my body as far as cutting back on long cardio sessions and sticking with short 30-40 min sessions only once a day…and again I dropped another pound. Its soo thrilling to see the progress and exude this healthy Ora …yes wherever I go I get asked about training or food etc. But I love it! :)   Im eating clean because I see my own success and am more motivated, and know that there is a slight depression after eating bad food…so I choose to stay HIGH!  I also want to push the bar to a new level of what I’ve seen out of myself, and see everything coming into place soon enough! I was ring girl at a boxing event on Thursday, I had a pretty cool  adrenaline rush  after going up in the ring infront of all of those people in a bikini, and the crowd was hooting and hollering at me…pretty wild! I helped build a playground for a kids  Yesterday, I did some hard labor, and whenever you help with charities you feel soo much better about yourself afterwords :) Tomorrow is quads…its gona get insane! Till then kill it in the gym…give it all you got! xo~
