Shoot Tomorrow
Well yesterday was my day off , well it was supposed to be, but I did 40 mins cardio on the eliptical cause I wanted a glass of wine at dinner. I had ZD chardonnay, grilled salmon and asparagus…ate half the salmon, took the other half with me and ate it 3 hrs later….yummm…Oh and I also dropped another pound that day. Weighed myself this morning and I didnt do any damage
Trained legs hard today, and finished wih another 40 mins of killer Gauntlet stairs. I have an awesome photoshoot tomorrow with my photographer Waltostarly.com so Im excited! Ill def write something about it after tomorrow…till then Kill it Tear it up, and train hard in that gym! xo~z
