sick :/

My diet is so clean and consistent now that Im quite pleased every morning I wake up…something’s a little tighter! Geez I just sneezed twice…Im really sick , and It has stopped me from morning cardio, but not my hardcore back workout today with 40 mins of Guantlet stairs dripping sweat :)   Ohh yeah 8 weeks out from the contest! I know the time is gonna fly so Im just making lists of on-going goals and tasks I must do. Tomorrow I have a bikini contest finals…this is just bikini….not fitness what-so-ever, so I hope people dont think Im too muscular, I hate that most of the population likes mushy girls. I also have a shoot on TUESDAY with Waltostarly.com and that shoot is going to be off-the-chain!! If you have any ideas for the shoot lemme know love to hear new ideas! I was thinking of doing more pin-up 40’s look…what-d’ ya think??? The reason why I talk about my diet somuch is cause I can only cheat a little after my shoot…3 more days ;)   Keep training hard it never gets easy, and that why I love it!   xo~z

Great workout! I superset arms today and cranked it high! I was curling 45 b-bell for 8 reps and my press downs were at a solid 70lbs for 10 reps…so my energy levels are surprisingly high from being this diet restrictive. I see more definition in my abs and gluts, got a new ab pic from laying out today :)   And Wow first time in a long time where Im telling myself to not do cardio…Im telling you its hard to fight!! Im thinking it’ll help my cold leave by tomorrow and Ill do cardio in the morning. After the gym I got a pedicure and my nails done…and FELLAS… you have to get pedicures! They do a little massage on the feet, feels awesome…learn it to give to your women(the massage that is)!! Well thats it… diets easy(in terms of diet which aren’t), and Im on track a touch more than 8 weeks away!!! Its soo dialed! xo~z

Original title right?! OK well Ive never really wrote down my thoughts or workouts but Im excited to show you a bit of me( ok my pics are probably a lot more! ). Started off with some green tea Crystal light and a green tea extract pill, off to morning cardio! I trained soo hard and brushed up on the election stuff and some stock market prices.

Im starting this new thing, I will train a little bit of the body part in the morning that I train later in the day…kinda like a warm-up pre- workout- get ready for the later TRAINING  kinda-thing, then I run home and have a shake…I read somewhere if you fuel your muscles with protein within the first 5 minutes is best, then window of opportunity tapers after 30 mins.

OK Im beat the rest of the day have to keep alive…oh did I mention Im battling a…um…..I really hate to say this……a cold! ewww !!!  Yeah Im sneezing and my throat is swollen, but I know I must train later…..Lots of powder vit-C in my drinks!! Time comes around to train so I throw on some dance music and change into workout clothes pop another green tea pill ( I switched to these cause I really was hooked on any kind of energy pill…insane)…Its leg day so I have to pump myself up extra today…."I forsee awesome deep free-weight squats today!! "  Im training my way back up in weight…I used to use 45 plates each side easy before and now Im at 25…Ill get there soon enough!

Got to the gym and there was this customer appreciation day…hmmm now since when did chicken wings, chips and dips, fries and you name it find any place in a GYM???   and you wouldn’t believe that I was finishing my legs on the extension machine and this woman sitting on the abductor machine eating the WINGS!!! I kid you not! I was laughing soo hard and told the lady "that’s hilarious"…I think she took it in a good way cause I smiled :)

I finished off the workout with the gauntlet(rotating stairs) for 30 minutes hard and even went completely sideways for 10 mins each side … Quads are done!!! tons of energy though and a sweat-soaked tank I had to rip off before I went in the car!

Hit the tanning salon…feels soo good, its treating yourself with things that feel great on your body and skin that make you want to do better.  Stopped for some groceries…chicken breast, celery, romaine, l/f cottage cheese, eggs(starting eating tons of egg whites), onion…again when you fill your cart with good things you feel better! I had to turn down the trail mix…I have this feeling if I buy it Ill eat it…ok better off at the store thank you!! Im a sucker for Crystal Light…I finally got off diet sodas, so baby steps ok?? Chicken is in the slow cooker…ohh did I mention Im a great cook! Is this the longest blog????  Ill get some new progress pix tomorrow …great new cuts coming ;)
