I"m changing up the diet…looking into eating smart. Starchy carbs & complex carbs! More whole grains, brown rice, whole wheat….uh I’m sucking up the fact that I’ve gone away from tuna..but I’m back! I’m also going slow on the fruits….more veggies! Lets see what happens…Eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
