I"m changing up the diet…looking into eating smart. Starchy carbs & complex carbs! More whole grains, brown rice, whole wheat….uh I’m sucking up the fact that I’ve gone away from tuna..but I’m back! I’m also going slow on the fruits….more veggies! Lets see what happens…Eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

sometimes its quick, easy…and i choose wheat cereals….but i feel blotted afterwards. Is it hurting my muscles….does it make me spread like water.

I’VE BEEN GETTING A LOT OF GREAT COMMENTS ABOUT MY ABS..THANK YOU SO MUCH. FOR A WHILE I’VE BEEN DOING ABS ALMOST EVERYDAY..NOW I JUST MAKE SURE THEY STAY CONTRACTED AS I LIFT. FOR ME IT ALSO WORKS IF I KEEP UP MY CARDIO…..WHICH GIVES ME A LEANER LOOK AROUND MY ABDOMINAL AREA. DIET, CARDIO AND CONTRACTED ABS…WORKS AMAZING. SEE YOU AROUND!

My Body Fat is 15 %… I had it taken yesterday…I held n o the machine..and a score came up… I don’t know how accurate that is…but I think its much too high for my frame……My goal is 8%.

That could only mean one thing….NO BREAD! BREAD IS THE ENEMY….Somedays I’m on..some days I’m OFF!

I had to Double Up on the Legs……twice a week! They need to be hit hard for the results I’m loking for. Tues & Thursday. I will try it for a week..if I get burned out..then I’ll go back to once a week…but I doubt that will happen! Gone Lifting…..drop me a line!

Friday was a Cheat Day! Ofcourse I didn’t know that until…I sunk my teeth into peanut butta cookers. Nutta Butta. You know Cheat days are seldom planned..because if it was plan correctly I would have stopped at the cookies..but oh but…I had a piece of cake. So yesterday was my first officially cheatday from Eating Clean a month ago.
I will plan the next one…and if I don’t want the sweets …I won’t eat it.
You know it wasn’t even a craving. I just had a lot of my mind….and I did what most people do…..JUST EAT!
Next Cheat Day ….(Some time in March)

I’m stuffed! I’ve been reading up and getting advice on diet. Eating Clean…and eat eat eat. So I got it to 2-3 hrs for me….but I’m finding it hard to eat everything ..even th e small meals. I was eating two tuna sandwhiches..but I couldn’t get it down. Then I read an article..that said I should not consume more than 2 slices of bread per day. I guess to each it’s own. I was following someone’s else diet..until I was able to adapt one comfortable for me. Well I got it now with the bread..two slices max. Because I’m so full….I can’t drink my water.
I’m feeling good though..like I’m making progress…..I can eat 2-3 hrs., but I can’t force myself to down everything in front of me. I already eat small portions….now I think I have to go even smaller.

My body is talking…but its keeps repeating the same sound….OWWW! Quads are screaming…back has an ache…shoulders feel the burn….I’m changing my name to SORE!

I FEEL GOOD. I MADE IT TO THE GYM….AND I DID MY CARDIO AND YOU KNOW WHAT..I DIDN’T FEEL LIKE I WAS MUCH BEHIND. I STILL FEEL LIKE I’M IN GOOD SHAPE ONLY TO GET BETTER. I’M LEARNING TO EAT BETTER…AND TO TAKE IN MORE PROTEIN. I’M EXCITED AND I WANT TO STY CHARGED.
