Power 90- Day 5
Today my body is sore and even in my stomach muscles and I still have the pounding headache, I knew I would not make it through a work out so I stretched today and cleaned house most of the day, so I counted that as cardio- since I was scrubbing and every thing
Here is how the diet went today:
Breakfast 8am: Banana w/peanut butter & a cup of coffee (I couldn’t drink the whole cup since I only used one spoonful of creamer and a packet of splenda; but I thought it would help the headache)
10:30am: slice of turkey breast w/fat free cheese rolled up and alittle mustard.
12:30pm: Egg white omelet w/chicken and veggies
3:00pm: Handful of Almonds
5:45pm: Grilled chicken salad with about a tablespoon of Balsamic vingarette
Nothing but water all day after the 3/4 cup of coffee. And I remained pretty active most of the day.
I only have 1 more day of the strict no to very low carb stuff then I get to slowly put things back into the diet and start the sculpting workout and the other phase of cardio. I keep going, I know that in the end it will all be worth it
