I have to say, its really hard to work out after 2 months of not being able to. I have lost so much muscle its not even funny. actually its pissing me off cuz i can’t lift what i used to lift before my injury.

I had the same thing happen to me but luckily I was only out for three weeks. I’m starting back up and am stunned at how sore you get when you don’t workout for a little while. I’m limping around my house because my thighs are so sore!! Good luck with getting back on track man!

yea i was sore the first two weeks and i lost tons of muscle, it really has pissed me off, but now im tryin to get that all back.
