January 29, 2007I did Rippetoes for 2 months, then Madcows 5×5 for 6 weeks… Im currently doing "Squats and Milk" (20 rep squats) Ill stay in this workout for 6 weks before moving on to another 5×5 program.
My bodyweight has gone up 20 pounds in the last 5 months
