NO-XPLODE will it work?
April 3, 2007I have a friend who has recently cycled on Nitric Oxide and it has helped him gain more muscle. Over winter I attempted to gain more muscle. I used Weight Gainer, and a rigid diet of eating 8 meals a day with 1 gram of protein per lbs, and whole grain carbs, etc. I ended up going from 176 lbs in August, with 10.57% body fat to 186 lbs in January and 14% body fat! I know you can’t gain muscle without some fat, but with a month before I would hit the beach for vacation I made myself turn to losing fat. Working out every morning and 3 times a week in the afternoon doing weights I was able to drop to 11% and 180lbs. Now I have maintained and dropped to around 10% I am very happy with this and realize that I will never have the huge muscles. Not even sure if my body is capable of it. How do I move forward. Should I try this NO-XPLODE? Should I gain or Lose?
