I’m baaaack

So I got 4 day ban for calling some people on here out for what they are. It’s kind of sad and pathetic that this site has females on here who try acting like D level Maxim models just for attention. It is also funnier how probably none of them have gone to the gym in the last 2 months. I mean there is one person who has like 40 progress pics from the last 3 months that just show pictures of her ass she took with her I phone in different underwear she owns. Oh well, now instead of calling these people the trash they are, I guess I will just ignore them.

Anyways there is a sub grappling tournament March 14th I am pretty excited about. This quarter of school ends the 24th and I am back in the MMA gym training again. Question though, I lift weights, do cardio 3x a week. I have been using creatine, but I heard you shoudl cyle off it once in a while. How long should someone cycle off of it?

    use kre-alkalyn creatine…non toxic conversion to creatinine and you dont really do any loading phase or cycling…ultimate nutrition is a really good brand and you take way less in capsule form…very good stuff! rock on! i agree with your comment about the pics too…

    Hey bro, I’d have a minimum of 2 weeks off. A month would give your system a rest and a chance to flush through. What kinda cardio do you do for your MMA/BJJ?

    Depends, I do anorobic sometimes, then just normal fat burning slow pace long time cardio.

    i dont think its a real big deal…i wouldnt stay on it for a year at a time though. taking a month off here and there is probably good. i dont like to let my body run on unnatural amounts of things for too long no matter what it is….you’ve have got to return to ground zero sometimes.
    also, i am assuming your grappling tournies have weight classes in which case i might hash creatine all together since you hold more water with it. if you are trying to shed weight, ditch that shit.
