Back in the box
So I’m back in the sand box and I’m ready to really increase the weights! Yesterday, my first day back and I crashed soooo hard! Sleep was needed entirely and now hopefully I’m back on schedule! Today I will go to the gym regardless if I am tired or not!
Thats one very hard aspect of weight lifting and being in the military. During movements its almost impossible to maintain a healthy gym routine and diet plan! But, now I am back for a solid 5 months and I will continue my bulk phase! I recently purchased BSN’s weight gainer and plan to utilize it on a 12, 10, 10, 8, max routine! My goal to increase lean muscle mass and strength should continue for another few weeks!
