					<description>Enjoy your vacation. Easy things to do without worrying too much are: moderate the intake of alcohol (vacation or not, too much is not good), watch for healthier items when you eat out, and get in some exercise (swimming pool/ocean where you're going?).

Other than that, a week off won't hurt you. Might even do you some good. So don't stress out about it too much. You'll jump back into things when you return.</description>
