What should I do to shay in shape on vacation?
Ok so heres the thing, I’m going to be going to Florida for a week, and won;t be able to work out or follow my diet 100%, but I don’t want to totally screw up my progress…I will be drinking alcohol and eating out a decent amount (cuz i mean come on its vacation)…any one have any tips or advice on what to do or eat?

Enjoy your vacation. Easy things to do without worrying too much are: moderate the intake of alcohol (vacation or not, too much is not good), watch for healthier items when you eat out, and get in some exercise (swimming pool/ocean where you’re going?).
Other than that, a week off won’t hurt you. Might even do you some good. So don’t stress out about it too much. You’ll jump back into things when you return.
