- Bev. Ultimate Muscle Protein…2 scoops, 2-3 times on med carb days only
- Cytosport Whey…2 scoops, 2-3 times on low carb days
- Universal Uni-Liver tabs…3 tabs at each meal
- Hydroxycut…3 caps, twice daily
