Ok so heres the thing, I’m going to be going to Florida for a week, and won;t be able to work out or follow my diet 100%, but I don’t want to totally screw up my progress…I will be drinking alcohol and eating out a decent amount (cuz i mean come on its vacation)…any one have any tips or advice on what to do or eat?

My diet is a carb cycle diet with two medium carb days and a low carb day…each day has 6 meals…diet starts over on the fourth day…
Using mostly Beverly Products for this one…
- Bev. Ultra 4 Mutlivitamin…4 tabs a day
- Bev. Glutamine Select plus BCAAs…2 scoops with workout
- Bev. Muscle Mass Amino…2 tabs at each meal
- Bev. Ultimate Muscle Protein…2 scoops, 2-3 times on med carb days only
- Cytosport Whey…2 scoops, 2-3 times on low carb days
- Universal Uni-Liver tabs…3 tabs at each meal
- Hydroxycut…3 caps, twice daily

So I’m meeting with the owner of my gym that I work out with to help me zero in on a sweet diet and workout plan. In the past, i have screwed things up for myself pretty bad, by either over-training or by not using right supplementation. So hopefully shit works out well…I’ll keep you all posted on the plan tomorrow!
