(okay, ready) So as SHE is pushing me on hanging leg raises (since I am crunk as hell when lifting) I starte dthinking about how much stronger I use to be and how lean I use to be and how much weaker I am and how FAT I am (LOL) and I decided that I wasn’t making anymore excuses or lying to this sommunity by not taking any new progress pics. My chest is GONE and my abs, but its okay because I will be taking new progress pics…this year is winding down fast and that means less time to meeet goals. Can’t compete by being lazy - DAMN ITS SO HARD (LOL)…business is good and mor eis coming in, BUT - I GOTTA TRAIN!!! I GOTTA EAT & I GOTTA GET MORE REST! Can’t have Lady P kicking my @$$ in the gym …

OMG…This was motivation to train harder because it says that your work will show on contest day and being a favorite is not a guarantee. (LOL) I thought kai should have placed higher and Dexter looked better than last year (bigger with the same cuts). Branch just came out of nowhere to place in the TOP 2. I can say that Wolfe just come off of a hernia surgery and Victor is recovering form an injury - Higetada did well also. I can’t wait for the DVD and can’t wait to train legs tonight.

My weight has been pretty stagnant outside of the 4 lbs gain over the last 2 weeks in the gym. I can see the changes already and I can feel myself gaining strength back - I can’t wait to see myslef at the end of December. I am breaking this up into 4 week "mini-goals". I’m focused.

Been away FAR too long. For the past couple weeks I’ve been trying to get off my lazy @$$ and get back in the gym…I can use excuses like I just had surgery not too long ago…or I am VERY busy in my professional life and with Family…or face the fact that I’ve gotten lazy as a result of using those excuses and others like them before. No more excuses…my woman says she likes muscles and the kids say my muscles are on extended vacation. That is the number one indicator that you’ve fallen off completely. Gotta get back, now (LOL). When the kids start doing push ups and crunches and say "…Come on, daddy…" You know you’re in a slump. GYM TODAY NO MATTER HOW LATE IS IS WHEN I GET OFF WORK~!!!!!

So I noticed I’ve lost inches in most of the key areas of my upper body…my legs grew and calves. I gained 2 inches on my calves and on my thighs, but lost several inches on my chest and arms. That means go back to what I know…I used to have a massive chest any nothing else. I learned to build my arms and then I had skinny legs…I learned to build legs and lost everything I had before (LOL) so now I have to find an in between to make gains all over. My goals are obtainable and realistic and I am going to take this winter break and do 2 a days until I get it right. After the holidays I’ll break back down and train towards a show (April/ May)

Especially when it is unnecessary…anyhow, I look back over my photos and see that I have met a few of my goals, but I still lack consistency and my work ethic is at an all time low most days. I have to find a way to stay motivated…I’ve been depressed for a while and the gym has been my escape, but I find it hard to stay motivated to get there…Now…I said it. (SIGH) I feel better…I need a good swift kick in the @$$ so I can get back into this like I used to be and maybe I can be my best because I’m definitely cheating myself since there has been progress with my half @$$ training/ diet regimen. With all this said I am talking with a few trainers (IFBB PROs and Legends and some top NPC competitors) about training /mentorship and hopefully will sign with one of them and get this thing going soon…
