Go hard or Go home….

SO I got invited o Pro Foorball Camp by some scouts and would love to go for…Of course training is different from bodybuilding training, so….

8.5 weeks out…203…looking at getting down to 185-190. gotta stop eating pizza & burgers..LOL

I’ve been pretty lethargic about this entire year….This is supposed to be my year and I haven’t been consistent with my own goals. I’ve added so much more muscle and all I need to do is get back in the game to diet/train and I can get that pro card. *sigh* So, with 10 weeks left I plan to chow some unforseen results (or just rare) as I go hard and come home with this overall trophy and some extra pride…

Last bodyfat was 12%…I was 205 this morning and looking huge and full. Time to get ripped to shreds. I stopped taking the NANO Vapor and started taking fat burners…may not need them though. Let’s see where we go. Goal is a pro card and some type of sponsorship….LOL…

How is everything coming for you guys? My weight isn’t moving much and is up and down around the same number, but I appear to be getting more lean. I went to another client site and everyone kept saying…."what happened, you look bigger…" Hopefully that is a good thing because of the diet (less fat, more muscle), but could I be still putting on muscle while dieting down?

Some days I feel like I’m making progress and some I don’t…I still have plenty of time, but looking closely at progress and carefully at changes.

Week 15 and I’m feeling great….today is quad day…abs and lower back…Starting to see more muscle, but my weight isn’t changing much. Also my measurements havechanged dramatically…we’ll see what comes of this…LOL…

I am in the zone…its been a while since I felt this way. I trained this morning and didn’t want to leave the gym. I had to convince myself that if I didn’t get to work they would put out the AMBER alert! LOL…..I will have to post some new progress pics for this week. Can’t wait til showtime…

So I tried Nano Vapor for the first time yesterday….WTF? I was in an entirely new world. It was leg day and I was so focused and zoned that I didn’t even wanna stop. I promise I couldn’t even go to sleep for while, so I was scared, but today…I can’t wait to take it again….LOL….
