How is everything coming for you guys? My weight isn’t moving much and is up and down around the same number, but I appear to be getting more lean. I went to another client site and everyone kept saying…."what happened, you look bigger…" Hopefully that is a good thing because of the diet (less fat, more muscle), but could I be still putting on muscle while dieting down?
Some days I feel like I’m making progress and some I don’t…I still have plenty of time, but looking closely at progress and carefully at changes.
