On the Grind…
So I finally broke down and took measurements for before/after///I lost a lot of muscle and put on a lot of body fat. My weight has been pretty stagnant outside of the 4 lbs gain over the last 2 weeks in the gym. I can see the changes already and I can feel myself gaining strength back - I can’t wait to see myslef at the end of December. I am breaking this up into 4 week "mini-goals". I’m focused.
