For the past couple weeks I’ve been trying to get off my lazy @$$ and get back in the gym…I can use excuses like I just had surgery not too long ago…or I am VERY busy in my professional life and with Family…or face the fact that I’ve gotten lazy as a result of using those excuses and others like them before. No more excuses…my woman says she likes muscles and the kids say my muscles are on extended vacation. That is the number one indicator that you’ve fallen off completely. Gotta get back, now (LOL). When the kids start doing push ups and crunches and say "…Come on, daddy…" You know you’re in a slump. GYM TODAY NO MATTER HOW LATE IS IS WHEN I GET OFF WORK~!!!!!
