getting Back
Monday, December 22nd, 2008So I noticed I’ve lost inches in most of the key areas of my upper body…my legs grew and calves. I gained 2 inches on my calves and on my thighs, but lost several inches on my chest and arms. That means go back to what I know…I used to have a massive chest any nothing else. I learned to build my arms and then I had skinny legs…I learned to build legs and lost everything I had before (LOL) so now I have to find an in between to make gains all over. My goals are obtainable and realistic and I am going to take this winter break and do 2 a days until I get it right. After the holidays I’ll break back down and train towards a show (April/ May)
