I missed a training day this week so I had to find a way to get it all in. I can’t wait to see how these painfull workouts have me looking. So, today I worked chest/delts (morning) and arms (afternoon):
Morning workout:
Incline Bench : 4 x 10, 8, 10, 8 @ 245lbs
Flat bench: 5 x 12@225 lbs; 10 @245 lbs, 8 @265 lbs, 8 @ 275 lbs, 6 @ 295
Decline bench (Hammer strength): 4 x 8 @4 plates ea side; 10@ 3plates & 25 ea side; max @ 3 plates; max @ 2 plates (drop sets)
Pec dec: 4 sets @ 205lbs
Weighted push ups w/ weighted dips
Clean & press: 4 x 10 @ 135 lbs
Wide grip upright row: 4 x10 @ 135 lbs
Incline row to external scaption: 4 x max @ 10 lbs
Afternoon workout:
Standing EZ Bar curls: 4 x 10 @ 1 plate ea side
Standing cable curls: 4 @ 12 @ 35 lbs
Zottman Curls: 3 x 10 @ 65 lbs
Preacher Hammer Curls (DB): 4 x 10 @45 lbs
Cable pressdown w/ cable pushdown: 4 x 10/10 @ 35 lbs
DB kickbacks: 4 x 10 @ 35 lbs
