Hi, thanks for sharing that post. I have just stumbled upon your site and have already subscribed. By the way I've been writing a blog about my own weight loss and
<a>natural weight loss foods</a>
I would really apprectiate it if you could take a look at my site and let me know what you think about it.
Thanks,

Heh, oh my. See the test should be, if it's not too offensive when you have it at arm's length, then you put it on. I mean, how close are your fellow-fitness-warriors going to get to you at 4:30 in the morning?

That is awesome. But remember that the real test how you feel and how you look. A scale will tell you your weight but not have much fat you have lost or muscle you have gained. Ask some one to help you measure your body parts. That will give you a more accurate idea and show your gains, even when the scale dose not.

Your weight can fluctuate as much as 5lbs in a day. To be fairly accurate just try to weigh yourself at the same time every time. For example, last night I weighed in at 198, but this morning at 194. I worked hard yesterday, but nobody works off 4 lbs.
The scale is just a tool. It can give you info to use, but the best judge is what you see in your pictures. Keep up the hard work!
