Heading toward my goals feels great
Saturday, March 8th, 2008I had a great week, awesome yoga on monday, a hard resistance leg day on thurs and yoga again today. I see tremendous progress in yoga, the poses that used to give me trouble are no problem now and Ive gained a ton of strength especially in my upper body. I can now do side crow and flying crow, next on the list to overcome is the running man pose. Beyond that the only thing I still havent really worked on at all is the handstand or headstand because Im afraid of falling. I need to work on those with my yoga instructor!
