Sunday’s are always my hardest workouts. My goal is to completely destroy my legs! I take my dogs to the high school and we run 4 laps (1 mile) then we run 4 more laps but we sprint the straight parts and jog the curves, then we run 4 more while doing the bleachers and we finish with 4 more laps to cool down. It’s brutal, my dogs usually can’t hang they have to take rests. It’s great having them there though they really help keep me going.

Wow, just looking back at the photos on here from last year. My body was really changing and I looked awesome! Unfortunately I’ve really been slacking since almost a year ago and I’ve gained just about all of my weight back. I’ve been too embarrassed to post current photos I keep trying to get down to that weight before I update the pics. For some reason I just can’t get down to it so hopefully taking my current stats and new photos will help me get on the ball and lose this weight.

One thing that did really help motivate me was going to the Ironman contest this weekend. I met Jamie Eason and Valerie Waugaman. They were both so nice and they both asked if I compete. Not sure if they ask every woman that but it really made me feel good. It made me think if I can get compliments with a body I’m not happy with imagine what they would say if I was where I wanted to be.
