Sunday’s Workout
Monday, March 3rd, 2008Sunday’s are always my hardest workouts. My goal is to completely destroy my legs! I take my dogs to the high school and we run 4 laps (1 mile) then we run 4 more laps but we sprint the straight parts and jog the curves, then we run 4 more while doing the bleachers and we finish with 4 more laps to cool down. It’s brutal, my dogs usually can’t hang they have to take rests. It’s great having them there though they really help keep me going.
