Hi All, This is my first post on the blog…call it a pre-log, as I am about to start a personal challenge. As of Monday I’m kicking my own fitness up a gear. I want to move from 17%BF to 14%BF, I want to see all my abs (I know they’re under there cos i’ve seen em before!) I want to be ready for Summer again!!
I’m going to be logging Amphetalean for the first 30 days, partly cos I want something that gives me a little extra energy to get my ass into gear and partly for the fat loss benefits.
I’m also gonna be using 7-keto, CLA, Super Cortisol Support, DIM and to help me (I hope) with my crappy sleep patterns (I’m a long time insomniac) 5-HTP.
Gonna be logging this supplement regime on the Forum as well, so if anyone wants to join me over there and offer advice, support, suggestions I’d love to see ya.
