Hello, and thank you for visiting this blog and this page.
In November of 2007 I was faced with some major adversities. I had just gone through treatment for a life threatening disease and was hopeful for health. I had previously spent a year virtually bed-ridden and sick. I had developed an auto-immune-deficiency disorder called Graves’ Disease. The disease was genetic and effected my endocrine system. For the year that I went un-diagnosed, I was a walking dead man. My father had been diagnosed 6 years prior with a terminal illness (ALS) and I desperately hoped I did not inherited the disease. I faced some very similar symptoms as ALS, but was fortunate to just have Graves’ Disease.
In January of 2008 I was treated for Graves’ disease and being a fellow Texan of Lance Armstrong, I decided I was going to start "living strong." Not only am I devoted to fitness goals, but I am on a journey to help others in their pursuit of their fitness goals. I have always been a fitness nut, and my ability to be active was taken away from me for a year due to my disease. But I was determined to bounce back, and I have already seen phenomenal changes in my body.
I take great pleasure in providing the free articles I post and perform indepth research to deliver the most accurate and compelling information that relates to your fitness goals. If you have received a truly valuable experience by my content and feel compelled to make a donation, join my newsletter, or refer-a-friend it would be greatly appreciated.
I thank you in advance.
