What works for joint paint?

My joints (elbows and knees) hurt all the time. And the always pop. I put a lot of weight on my biceps, and their always sore. So having sore biceps and cracking elbows makes me feel like my arms don’t even work.

I take Glucosamine Sulfate now. Is there anything else I can take? Glucosamine doesn’t do crap. Are there any joint exercises I can do? I really need someone’s help on this one.

My man…You got three types of cartalige in your body…one type that is found in your elbows and knees is made up of three components Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid. If you were to look at this kind of cartalige under a microscope thats what you’d see…don’t believe me do some research…what does taking these supplements do???they help only to MAINTAIN the levels of your cartalige…Everytime you put resistance on your body it causes wear and tear deteriorates the cartalige…learn how your body works and then you’ll understand what the supplements can and can’t do…peace
