		<description><![CDATA[Yesterday I tried on a pair of pants that fit two weeks ago but they&#8217;ve extremely big now!  The scale hasn&#8217;t moved much but alot of my clothings is too big now.  I have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat and not to go by the scale alone.

		<description><![CDATA[This morning was another wonderful workout.  My trainer and I did some boxing and chest training.  Afterwards, we used the foam roller to roll out the tight spots.  If you haven&#8217;t tried the foam roller, you&#8217;re missing some good stretching.

		<description><![CDATA[Today is March 13th and it&#8217;s cardio day!  I ran on the treadmill for 2 1/2 miles and felt great!  I really starting to see a difference in my body and energy level and I&#8217;m loving it.  It motivates me to continue and enforces that fact that I can reach all of my goals!
