Low carb day
Yesterday I decided to highly restrict my carbs to see how it would affect my energy level. I was fine until late afternoon when I got a little sluggish. I don’t think I can restrict my carbs that much and workout because I won’t have the energy. I’ll stick to doing this on days that I don’t lift heavy.

After a few days of low-carb, your body adjusts and the sluggishness should ease up.
