Cardio majorally suck ass. I almost threw up within the first 20 mins for some reason, but I didn’t. I was working hard, but not THAT that hard. To top it off I got rear ended leaving the gym and now my neck was aggravated from the previous accident. I hope it’s just for today and not for the rest of the week. This contest prep has been a complete NIGHTMARE!

Ha! The whole time I was thinking I was lifting 65 on the squats and 50 on the leg press and it was 75 and 50. Just realized it today when I told my hubby how much I was lifting. He did the math and I was all wrong. **** I need carbs now!

8 weeks out update
Saturday, April 19th, 2008I have been high amounts of stress, too… preparing for my graduate recital, which is tommorrow. I was told to move the date, lost a dress rehearsal time had to sconge to find a time…noting available was told I couldn’t do it if I didn’t find a time…ect.
It’s also alot a pressure to put on a good show not having alot a time only 4 months to learn 16 songs and various langauges and pull it off without a hitch. And I am depressed that my mom who is deased will not be there to see me sing. I was a wreck last night. Wishing she was here. I know stress holds water. I don’t know how I can alliaviate it. Maybe after the recital things will calm down.

Saturday, April 19th, 2008This is aweful I didn’t lose any weight this week. Now I am starting to freak out now! I don’t know if it has something to do with my period and that I have been extremely stressed the **** out, but I am don’t the diet, workouts, drinking a **** load of water, and the scale went up from 122.0 to 122.6! My cardio has been increased and my carbs are slowly being dropped….WTF?!?! Maybe I should change my fatburner. I like it and I THOUGHT it was working. I don’t know if its the dextrose…period..stress or what! I am freaking the **** out now! What to do! I am 8 weeks out and I look like shit!

Much better shoulder day than last week for sure. My upper bod is starting to shape up can’t say too much for my legs though. Still watery, which makes them look fat.
Anxious to get on the scale tommorrow. Hopefully I have lost more weight. This week has been very stressful because of my graduate recital being this weekend. Lots of pressure!
