I WEIGHED MYSELF THIS MORNING AND I AM STILL SUCK AT 121.4!!!! WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO INORDER FOR THE SCALE TO CHANGE! THIS TOTALLY AND UTTERLY RIDICOLOUS! I LOOK SMALLER, I SEE CHANGES OBVIOUSLY IN MY BODY, MY CLOTHES ARE GETTING SMALLER, MY CARDIO HAS BEEN UPED, MY FATBURNER HAS BEEN CHANGED, MY DIET HAS BEEN TOTALLY CHANGED AND NOW WHAT! I HAVE BEEN WORKING MY TAIL OFF AND NOT SEEING RESULTS ON THE SCALE. IT IS NEW! I EVEN TOOK A PREGNANCY TEST AND I AM NOT PREGNANT. THE RECITAL IS OVER AND FINALS ARE OVER SO THOSE MAJOR STRESSES ARE OVER. THIS **** IS STRESSING ME OUT NOW. WHAT TO DO??? DAMMIT!!!!
 Look at this girl at 6 weeks out. She looks amazing and this is her first show! I don’t even look remotely close!!! This my 4th and I look like a fat piece of ****! She has cuts in here legs and everything!

(Warmup 15) 20-20-20 (Neck and trap area has been aggrevated from being rear ended last week, so I didn’t want to put pressure on that area with the barbell)

Seated hamstring curl

Standing calf raises
30-30-30

2 sets of walking lunges to failure
15-15

Abs: Forgot. Will hit em hard tommorrow!

Cardio: Bicycle

Today was a little rough. Its my low day, but pushed through it. Eye of the Tiger!

Fasted Cardio: Treadmill 60 mins

Cardio majorally suck ass. I almost threw up within the first 20 mins for some reason, but I didn’t. I was working hard, but not THAT that hard. To top it off I got rear ended leaving the gym and now my neck was aggravated from the previous accident. I hope it’s just for today and not for the rest of the week. This contest prep has been a complete NIGHTMARE!

Back and biceps 3 x 10

Assisted Pull ups

Bent over barbell rows with overhand grip

V bar pull downs

One arm dumbbell rows
20-20-25 (Felt strong today!)

Bicep curls on incline bench
12-12-10 (Had to pyramid down on the last set my biceps were shot)

Cardio: EFX Crosstrainer 30 mins

Ha! The whole time I was thinking I was lifting 65 on the squats and 50 on the leg press and it was 75 and 50. Just realized it today when I told my hubby how much I was lifting. He did the math and I was all wrong. **** I need carbs now!

8 weeks out update

Saturday, April 19th, 2008
I notified my nutritionist/pt about the sitution and the adjustments have been made. Dextrose has been dropped, cardio on my non training days have been increased from 45 to 60 mins and my meal 4 carbs have been lowered. Fun. fun.

I have been high amounts of stress, too… preparing for my graduate recital, which is tommorrow. I was told to move the date, lost a dress rehearsal time had to sconge to find a time…noting available was told I couldn’t do it if I didn’t find a time…ect. It’s also alot a pressure to put on a good show not having alot a time only 4 months to learn 16 songs and various langauges and pull it off without a hitch. And I am depressed that my mom who is deased will not be there to see me sing. I was a wreck last night. Wishing she was here. I know stress holds water. I don’t know how I can alliaviate it. Maybe after the recital things will calm down.

8 weeks out

This is aweful I didn’t lose any weight this week. Now I am starting to freak out now! I don’t know if it has something to do with my period and that I have been extremely stressed the **** out, but I am don’t the diet, workouts, drinking a **** load of water, and the scale went up from 122.0 to 122.6! My cardio has been increased and my carbs are slowly being dropped….WTF?!?! Maybe I should change my fatburner. I like it and I THOUGHT it was working. I don’t know if its the dextrose…period..stress or what! I am freaking the **** out now! What to do! I am 8 weeks out and I look like shit!

Much better shoulder day than last week for sure. My upper bod is starting to shape up can’t say too much for my legs though. Still watery, which makes them look fat. Anxious to get on the scale tommorrow. Hopefully I have lost more weight. This week has been very stressful because of my graduate recital being this weekend. Lots of pressure!
