Sick is not good…

Well Thanksgiving wasn’t bad for me but what was bad for me was getting sick this weekend and eating a bunch of shitty food.  So I guess that means 45 mins of cardio today which I’m not looking forward to since my energy levels are so low but oh well what can you do.  Other than that life is life…It’s almost Dec. which means I have around 3 weeks to lose 18-20 pounds…so it’s time to suck it up!

Mmm Animal Flesh…

Well Thanksgiving has come and gone and all the fat and carbs that were consumed need to be burned off today.  I ate pretty well turkey, corn, potatoes, and some cheese potatoes, SO I guess it could have been a lot worse.  Wednesday night with the drinking was probably worse then Thanksgiving.  Oh well time to work 5-1, work out after I punch out (ARM DAY), and then go home and take a nap haha.  Have a good one ;-)

230 Baby!

Well it’s been like 2 weeks now and I’m down to 230 which is GREAT for me to drop that much bad weight.  I have until Dec 19th to get to 210…SO I have to be careful tomorrow with the turkey and what not.  No cookies, pie, or crap…just meat and veggies!!  MMM!  Anyways have a great TURKEY DAY!!!

NEW WORKOUT TODAY!

Well my eight week program is over and today is the start of a new workout routine for myself.  My boss who has competed before is planning it out for me since he is taken care of me for the next 11 months until the show.  SO we’ll see where I go from here with this new routine.  I’m basically going to try to put on size while getting rid of my excess fat.  Other than that just living life and trying to eat how I should.  Today I was up at 4, I’ve eaten twice already, I get off work at 1 and then it’s workout, AND then later tonight back for cardio and abs…OH YAY!!  GET SOME!

COMPETITION DECIDED!!

Well I finally figured out which competition to do/shoot for haha…I’m doing the <strong />NPC Midwest Muscle Classic Novice & Natural Wisconsin Bodybuilding Championships so that gives me about 11 months to get ready for it since it’s in Oct a day before my 24 B-day which means I’ll do well haha…anyways I just wanted to share and get the goal out there…Take her easy

300 LB DECLINE BENCH!!

I know to most people 300 lbs on the decline bench isn’t a lot but to me it is A@#HOLE so shut it.  Anyways yesterday I did 5 sets of decline after doing 100 lb (DB) inclines.  On the last set of declines I did 300 lbs for 4 which isn’t a lot but you have to do that every now and then for  the ego haha.  Anyways F@#$ all you haters and to everyone else ;-) KEEP IT UP!!

HELL!!  Today is Hell for me just because it’s arm day and cardio…and maybe some abs too haha F@#$ it just keeps getting worse…BUT…life is life and nothing is free.  Yesterday I did chest, shoulders, and traps…work out went well not the best intensity level but still good.  I was going to do cardio last night but instead I drank 1.5 oz. of a nice Port and called it a night…haha Anyways 30-45 mins of cardio, abs, and arms…and then drinking for free at Miller tonight!  WOOT WOOT!!  Have a good weekend.

Progress Pic FINALLY!

Well yesterday I took a quick pic of myself before heading to work and all I have to say is EWW…I know I was putting on some weight these past 8 weeks but eww…so now it’s time to lose that nasty fat and start to get down to at least 210 by Dec 19th.  If I can’t do that then I don’t deserve to work out anymore.  I did 30 mins of cardio twice yesterday and today I plan on doing 45 and some legs.  I’ll keep throwing pics up now and we’ll see what happens with the fat.

Weekend FUN!

Well I had a pretty good weekend even though it probably wasn’t the best for my fat loss goals.  Just drank a bit and ate some crappy food here and there.  SO it’s Monday now and back on the cardio, abs, work out program 5-6 days this week.  I also need to go grocery shopping which will really help me get in to my losing weight phase.  Other than that just trying to survive the week and get enough sleep every night which is the hardest thing.  Oh well thus is life and you just have to keep moving on…

CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO

Well yesterday was another day of abs and 45 mins of cardio which really is starting to get easier.  I work until 1 today and then I’ll be hitting up 30-45 more mins of cardio and abs again.  Today is also ARM day which I always "love" so much…So we’ll see where the energy level is at when it comes to arms.  Other than that just a relaxing weekend ahead of me that I can’t wait to get there.  GET SOME!!
