Thoughts: Happier than hell we now have a Concept II rower!
I did 12:30 minutes of stretching ad roller.
This is a tough routine. I want to drop the set times before I up the weight. The last SS took just over 3:00 minutes. The next heaviest KB is around 70lbs… so, time drop over upping weight at this point.
