Interval: bike - 2:00 minute warm up, 30 seconds high, 90 seconds low. Went through that circuit six times. I burned 114 calories and went 5.04 miles.
Thoughts: I did eight minutes of stretching. My shoulder held up well during windmills, so that’s good. Overall, good today.
I had a headache following my workout, likely from lack of sleep (two days of AM Show). It seems to be gone now.
