Thoughts: I think I’m taking too much rest time… well, I know I am, especially between movement A and B. Not too bad between supersets.

I did 15:30 of stretching and roller today.

I seemed to lack some motivation today. Lack of sleep the last couple of nights has not helped nor has all the drama going on in life right now.

Thoughts: I did 14:30 of stretching and foam roller afterward. I really tried to keep to short (60 sec) rest periods. If the amount you sweat is relative to the amount of fat you burn, I’m about out of fat.

Skipped the cardio today. Today was tough… this one is tougher than the "A."

I did ten minutes of stretching and six minutes of roller.

Cardio: Intervals on bike. 3:00 warm up then 30 seconds high, 90 seconds low. Cycled through six times. Burned 112 calories and went 5.4 miles.

Thoughts: I did 16 minutes of stretching and roller after. I’m a little wary of my left shoulder. It’s not sore, but feels tired.

Overall, good.

Interval: bike - 2:00 minute warm up, 30 seconds high, 90 seconds low. Went through that circuit six times. I burned 114 calories and went 5.04 miles.

Thoughts: I did eight minutes of stretching. My shoulder held up well during windmills, so that’s good. Overall, good today.

I had a headache following my workout, likely from lack of sleep (two days of AM Show). It seems to be gone now.

Interval: I tried to do the prescribed swings (60 sec) jumping jacks (2:00) for four rounds.. but I was exhausted. So, I went to the bike, did 60 seconds high and two minutes low for four rounds instead.

Thoughts: Gym scale had me at 189lbs today.

*Hung on for a second… then my brain said "you are done." I let go. Duh.

**Shoulder felt fine. It’s a little sore from the physio yesterday, but no pain!

I did twelve minutes of stretching and foam roller afterward.
