Chins (OH): BW (190.2)x7/x6/x5/x5
BO Rows: 95×8/95×8/95×8/95×8

Side Raises: 2×15 each side
Windmills: 44×2x5 each side

Thoughts: I did ten minutes of HIIT afterward. I apparently burned 81 cals.

I followed with 15:00 of stretching and roller.

*Prettier than last week. Not time yet to up it.
