KB 5×5 - Week Four Day One

Warm Up: 6:10 - KB Warm Up

Double Military Press: 35lbsx5×5
Alternating Renegade Row: 25lbsx5×5

Double Kettlebell Front Squat: 35lbsx5×5
Double Kettlebell Swing: 35lbsx5×5
—–
Double Windmill (L/R): 35lbsx2×5 each side

Hanging Leg Raises: 15/15/10

Thoughts:  I did seventeen minutes of stretching and foam roller afterward.  Upped the weight on the Windmills from 25lb to 35lbs.
