Swings: 20kgx20×3
C&P (L): 20kgx10×3
C&P (R): 20kgx10×3
Snatch (L): 20kgx10×3
Snatch (R): 29kgx10×3
Burpees: 5×3

TGU (L): 20kgx3/20kgx2
TGU (R): 20kgx3/20kgx2

Thoughts: I need to keep quitting putting the bell down between movements. ugh..

Followed with eleven minutes of stretching. Overall today was good.

Thoughts:  I followed with 14 minutes of stretching and foam roller.  Today seemed easier than last week…. it migh have had something to do with all the carbs I had on the weekend.  ha.
