Alrighty… day 98 is done with burpees. After day two of Twist Conditioning, I’m beat…. my knee is killing me and that means a layoff for a while.. burps will be completed and that’s it.
Further to this, my feet are killing me. Yesterday I used my new Chuck Taylors… maybe not the best shoe for those kinda movements, so today, I took my old ones and blew them out…. so, a quick trip to Walmart for some somewhat appropriate shoes… new shoes+new movements = sore feet. Ugh.
